Lara Barsacq (Charleroi Danse) en haar gezelschap vertolken enkele van de belangrijkste werken die tussen 1909 en 1929 voor Serge de Diaghilev werden geschreven en brengen in de taal van vandaag hulde aan een van de meest glorieuze periodes uit de dansgeschiedenis. In deze voorstelling, begeleid door Benjamin Haemhouts en het OPRL, verwijst de choreografe ook naar een muze uit het verleden die haar voedde en een constante bron van inspiratie blijft: Ida Rubinstein, Diaghilevs aanbeden muze. Haar nagedachtenis doordrenkt de show met energie en durf, waardoor het een ode wordt aan vrouwen en vrijheid.<\/p>\n
