De aandacht die je als dirigent vraagt is ondergeschikt aan de muziek.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Als ik voor het orkest sta, is het mijn doel om te inspireren en te verbinden<\/span><\/strong>, niet alleen vanuit mijn eigen perspectief, maar ook door gebruik te maken van de dynamiek die zich ontwikkelt binnen een groep muzikanten die op dezelfde manier denken en samenwerken.<\/p>\n

Ik ben nederig in de zin dat ik een onderdanige rol speel ten opzichte van het orkest<\/strong><\/span>. Ik sta ten dienste van het orkest en ik help. Het is mijn doel om dingen mogelijk te maken door zo duidelijk mogelijk te zijn over wat ik wil dat we doen, zonder de aandacht op mijzelf te vestigen.<\/p>\n
